Video Transcript:

Hello and welcome to a Zero Harm tutorial,

We’re proud to announce another major release for Zero Harm , the ability to add custom hazards. As the name suggests this allows you to add custom hazards to your Hazard register – allowing more freedom for different agriculture types and workplaces

The new features can be accessed by logging into the application as usual at
Select the Hazard Register as usual from the left hand side

Simply click “Add hazard” at the bottom of the page to create a custom Hazards Type.
The system will automatically suggest some Key Hazards which you may have yet to select. We urge you to ensure that all appropriate hazards in the list have been selected before creating a custom one.

If you still struggling to find the hazard, simply click “Create Custom Hazard” to generate your own.

Create the name of the hazard you would like to include, in this example I will select

Here you get to add details regarding the custom hazard, in this situation you can eliminate it or try to minimise it, because we can’t eliminate the hazard entirely we will have to select minimise.
Select one or more of which measures are reasonably practicable to minimise the risk

If you are unsure of anything, please click the blue information link to receive more information.

This hazard and risk assessment have now been added and will be shown to all users inducting or signing into your workplace. Jumping back to the hazard Register or public view will show that this has been completed successfully.

We hope you enjoy this new feature, if you have any comments or feedback, be sure to let us know.

Thanks for watching and have a great day
